Christoph Gysel

The Atlas apartment building houses the workshop, or rather the creative space, of tourism pastor, blogger, storyteller, author, and amateur winemaker Christoph Gysel. Not only do many sermons and other profound texts emerge here, but his morning thoughts for Radio Rottu, Oberwallis, and Radio Life Channel also originate there.

Christoph Gysel coordinates the Protestant Reformed church services in the tourist stations of the Upper Valais and preaches himself as often as possible. Gysel sees this as a great opportunity, as many guests are open to spirituality during their holidays and this is also good for holistic recreation. Besides his parish profession, Christoph Gysel works for Saas-Fee/Saastal Tourism as animator, copywriter, blogger and columnist. Besides he is a justice of the peace but also a winegrower.

Church services & weddings

The Protestant-Reformed tourism pastor of the Upper Valais, Christoph Gysel, not only invites to a service in the dining hall every Sunday at 8 pm, you can even book the creative theologian for your wedding.

Meetings & wine tasting

The host is also happy about every encounter with his guests in the house. On request, the first-time oenologist will also be happy to organise a wine tasting session for interested parties or even an excursion to his remote vineyard.
